Mass-manufactures attritable UAS with integrated avionics
Who we are
Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale. Our team culture is fast, hands-on, and obsessed with closing the gap between design and deployment.
As drones transform the character of warfare, Neros is delivering the systems the West needs to compete on the modern battlefield and deter the adversaries of democracy. We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.
What you will be doing
As an Operations Project Manager, you will drive complex cross-functional initiatives that sit across teams and do not always have a natural functional owner. You will turn high-level business objectives into structured execution plans, bring the right stakeholders together, and ensure projects move from idea to completion. This role is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, creates structure quickly, and takes ownership of outcomes rather than simply coordinating tasks.

Mass-manufactures attritable UAS with integrated avionics
Neros Technologies designs and mass-produces unmanned aerial systems (UAS) for the U.S. and allies. Its products include attritable FPV drones, loitering munitions, and defense-focused systems such as Archer AI (FPV with terminal guidance and GPS-denied position hold) and Bandit (a counter-UAS interceptor for larger threats). The company vertically integrates critical hardware and software, building flight computers, motor drivers, propulsion, and proprietary radios to resist electronic warfare, and it coordinates multiple drones for coordinated effects. Neros has demonstrated systems in active conflict zones (e.g., Ukraine) and aims to reach about one million drones produced annually from domestic manufacturing. In August 2026 it raised a $250 million Series C to accelerate Archer AI, Bandit, and multi-drone programs, underscoring its goal to scale production and support allied operations.
