- A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Experience in embedded software development is required; automotive experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in C is required; C++ is a plus.
- A good understanding of microcontrollers and debugging tools is required.
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols, including CAN, FlexRay, and Ethernet, is required.
- Very good written and spoken English skills are required.
- A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving is required.
- Ability to work in agile and collaborative environments is required.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across different levels and cultures is required.
- Develop and maintain embedded software components focused on automotive network communication, including CAN, FlexRay, and Ethernet.
- Analyze and troubleshoot communication-related issues in complex embedded systems.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and global teams to align technical solutions with product requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement activities to contribute to software quality.
- Implement and execute module and integration tests, including hands-on debugging on target hardware.
- Support the creation of clear and structured technical documentation.
- Familiarity with Ethernet/IP-based communication is an advantage.
- Exposure to software testing frameworks such as Google Test is a plus.
- Understanding of automotive standards, including AUTOSAR, ASPICE, and ISO 26262, is beneficial.
