BNY Mellon partners with Singapore Gulf Bank to power 24/7 USD clearing for crypto clients

Bank of New York Mellon has partnered with Singapore Gulf Bank, adding the firm to its correspondent banking network and providing access to its Fixed Income Brokerage platform. The deal enables SGB's crypto-native clients to access 24/7 US dollar clearing, money market funds and Treasury bills, bridging digital assets with traditional fixed income. The partnership highlights BNY's growing role in tokenised finance infrastructure, following the bank's recent Digital Asset Summit appearance where its CEO outlined positioning around tokenisation and digital custody.
