Requirements
  • To be a current Sophomore, Junior, or Senior student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (eg. marketing, business, analytics)
  • The ability to commit to working 40 hours/week (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) from July 8 to December 20, 2024 in our Boston office
Responsibilities
  • Drive growth for Wayfair by supporting day-to-day operations and longer-term strategy for one of our Marketing teams
  • Own channel execution, directly managing advertising that reaches millions of customers each month
  • Track and analyze performance of marketing campaigns and tests
  • Support creative strategy and execution through competitor research
  • Work closely with team manager(s) and leaders to develop and follow project roadmaps
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
