We’re seeking a Senior Director Business Manager to join our stellar team.
You would be responsible for providing operational support for the Digital and Customer Communications Engineering organization within Global Engineering.
As a business manager, you play an important role in the execution of the organizational strategy and drive towards success. The role is responsible for leading efforts across the entire operating model including financial management, resource management, project management, risk management and communications for the CTOs of these organizations.
This role is within the Business Office of Global Engineering with close alignment to the CTOs for Customer Communications and Digital Engineering groups and their leadership team.
Job Responsibilities:
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of duties based on the needs of the Engineering leadership teams and the Global Engineering senior leadership team overall.
Collaborate with the leadership team to establish and improve the operating model including process improvement, management of priorities, key measurements, and governance.
Analyze key business data and metrics to help drive priorities and execution of the strategic roadmap
Support financial and resource management in partnership with the Finance and HR teams
Coordinate key leadership meetings including logistics, attendees, agendas, note taking and follow-up actions
Provide analysis on key focus areas for the CTO to prepare for monthly business reviews with the CTO of Global Engineering
Execute on the Communications Strategy for the organization and support efforts across all of Global Engineering
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 4+ years experience in business management, finance, operations or project management
- Highly organized with an ability to manage to tight delivery timelines and ensure the organization is on track to deliver key priorities
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written and strong listening skills, question and articulate complex issues in a concise way
- Ability to quickly develop effective trust-based relationships, working closely with cross functional stakeholders in Finance, HR and Risk Management
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills; strong relationship management skills; results driven.
- Proficient and effective in the Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Knowledge of PowerBI programming is a plus
- Experience working in a technology organization is a plus
Salary Range: $150,000 to $185,000 Annual

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
