Requirements
  • 2+ years project management experience in customer-facing, problem-solving positions in fast-paced, high-tech companies; SaaS and SI preferred
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Very organized and can think outside the box while being conscious of project timeline, scope, and budget
  • Effective communicator and listener both internally and with clients. Able to clearly explain concepts, status, plans, and issues, using established processes and tools, and adjust approach based on the audience
  • Able to build professional and amiable relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Demonstrates time management in day-to-day activities such as meetings, communications, as well as urgency and priority across longer-term initiatives and expectations
  • Fast learner, ability to learn new products and industries, and adapt to new processes and tools
  • Travel to customer locations 1-3 times per month, as needed
Responsibilities
  • Manage all communications of status and progress across internal and customer teams to keep all relevant stakeholders appropriately informed and consulted
  • Demonstrate proficient time management skills with a sense of urgency across all components of the project, including meeting time management, communications, project timelines, and holding resources accountable for timely completion of their deliverables, while balancing with budget and scope
  • Demonstrate command of project scope through alignment at the start of the project, monitoring of scope throughout, and addressing scope creep directly with the customer, with support from the internal team
  • Own risks, mitigation and resolution plans, consulting on escalation decisions when necessary. Monitors the health of projects using available resources and holds the customer accountable for actions that may impact timeline, scope, or budget
  • Fosters professional and positive relationships with internal teams and external customers by building rapport through transparency and follow-through
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of the product and Paperless Parts solutions/deliverables in order to consult customers in gathering the requirements needed to configure their system and bring the customer to a successful go live
  • Ensure all project records and artifacts reflect customer goals, timeline, project scope, risks, and accurate progress and status
  • As part of the Paperless Parts team, further, the company-wide DEI & social impact initiatives
  • Travel to customers about 1-3 times per month
