  • The candidate must be able to operate autonomously with little direction in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, take ownership, improve processes, solve problems, and move work forward.
Responsibilities

  • Work with Product, Design, and Engineering to build and iterate on new product lines, driving annual recurring revenue growth through expansion.
  • Build new deployment systems, tools, and operating processes as the company scales from dozens to hundreds of hospitals.

Vitalize Care provides an AI-powered platform for hospital operations, focusing on optimizing staffing and scheduling. It helps health systems forecast staffing needs using predictive scheduling, align staffing levels with real-time patient demand and acuity, and automate filling open shifts with the most suitable nurses. The system saves labor costs, improves nurse allocation, and frees nurse managers from manual scheduling tasks, while offering data-driven tools to support decision-making. In addition to staffing, it also offers resources to support the mental health and well-being of healthcare professionals, such as coaching and peer support. The platform targets health systems and hospitals and is typically offered on a subscription or licensing basis as enterprise software. Its goal is to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient flow, and optimize workforce management in healthcare settings.
