Responsibilities
- Complete extensive training in all departments to learn all aspects of the business.
- Ensure a fun atmosphere.
- Identify and resolve issues impacting the guest experience.
- Clean the location.
- Validate compliance and training.
- Act as Manager on Duty.
- Report product and service issues.
- Verify the quality of inventories.
- Check in deliveries.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality and/or food and beverage is preferred.
- Develop team members, navigate chaos, motivate others, thrive in ambiguity, and cultivate exceptional guest experiences.
- Problem-solving, cleanliness focus, initiative, floor management experience, budget proficiency, and passion for hospitality.
