Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in enterprise healthcare sales
  • Existing relationships with health system leaders, medical groups, and other healthcare executives
  • Proven track record of successfully building and scaling sales initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy
  • Maintain a prioritized target list of medical groups and IPAs
  • Generate and qualify new leads
  • Introduce, cultivate and build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify, negotiate and close complex, multi-million-dollar deals
  • Build support for a strategic partnership within each health system or medical group
  • Work with CRM and other analytics tools for lead management
