Aescape is looking for a Chief Financial Officer who can drive strategic financial planning and optimize capital management to drive growth and profitability as we scale our operations globally. What You’ll Do 

• Drive the company’s financial strategy, including operational planning, strategic fundraising, debt and other capital management.

• Integrate into the existing Executive leadership team, providing strategic insights and foresight into long term planning.

• Provide analysis and forecasts of company performance, cash flows, and other complex situations to CEO and the Board of Directors

• Help navigate expansion of the organization, in both size and complexity across the US and worldwide.

• Lead and manage the finance, accounting, and legal teams.

• Analyze and evaluate financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth, optimization, and risk mitigation

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including investors, lenders, and vendors, to manage financial risk and secure funding as needed

• Ensure financial policies and procedures are in place driving an organization to successfully scale, promoting transparency and accountability

• Ensure financial compliance with all regulatory and commercial requirements

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience

• 2+ years as CFO or VP of Finance ideally for a publicly traded company, including IPO preparation and execution experience.

• Strong background in finance and strategy for hardware companies, with solid understanding of GAAP.

• Successful track record of fundraising for growth startups.

• Proven ability to partner with technical teams to develop strategies that align with and support their objectives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.

Nice to Have

• Hardware or robotic start-up experience preferred but not required

• Industry experience in consumer products or retail operations is desirable.

• International expansion experience (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) 

• Track record of successfully partnering with banks and other debt providers to secure and manage various forms of credit facilities and loans.

• Experience in medical device industries or other highly regulated environments, and meeting strict financial compliance standards.
