Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Product, Design, or a related field is required.
  • Seven to ten years of product management experience shipping sophisticated digital products to a demanding professional audience.
  • A demonstrated track record of owning audience-growth and commercial-client product lines simultaneously.
  • Experience shipping directly with engineers, including reading code, engaging in architecture trade-offs, and writing engineering-ready specifications.
  • Daily working fluency with artificial intelligence tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Copilot, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience shipping or contributing to artificial-intelligence-driven product features, including personalization, recommendation, or content discovery.
  • Experience with agile delivery as a practitioner and team leader, rather than as a process manager.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Snowflake, Tableau, or Hotjar, or similar platforms.
  • Participation in M3's artificial intelligence training and upskilling is expected.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct competitive, market trend, technology, and business model analyses to inform short- and long-term product strategy and synthesize findings into actionable roadmap inputs.
  • Translate audience behavior data, content engagement patterns, and qualitative feedback into a product framework that drives roadmap and development priorities.
  • Own physician-facing product surfaces end to end, including the MDLinx destination, mobile app, and physician engagement products.
  • Run a continuous experience experimentation calendar across information architecture, layout, recommendations, and onboarding.
  • Maintain a test backlog containing hypotheses, designs, results, and decisions.
  • Own the roadmap for MDLinx commercial engagement products.
  • Partner with Sales to translate pharmaceutical client needs into product features that serve physicians and drive commercial revenue.
  • Lead product releases and go-to-market launch activities by defining launch strategy, messaging, success metrics, and cross-functional accountability.
  • Track post-launch adoption and engagement metrics and drive rapid iteration based on real-world performance.
  • Facilitate partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Leadership, and Client Services to drive product development from ideation through launch and ongoing maintenance.
  • Own the cross-channel experience and cohesion.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in premium media, publishing, subscription, or digital health.
  • Healthcare experience.
  • Experience with content or media product stacks, including content management systems and email service provider/customer data platforms.
  • Experience with personalization or recommendation surfaces.
  • Advanced certification in product management, user experience, or artificial intelligence/machine learning.
