- Monitor internal and external customer shipments to ensure on time delivery
- Analyze and update our internal building transfer to increase visibility and efficiency
- Coordinate with the sales and field applications teams to confirm high priority deliveries are scheduled in advance so deadlines are met
- Review, maintain and track compliance documentation for US Customs and transportation regulations
- Evaluate RMA transit time and tracking for opportunities to mitigate customer downtime
- Current student enrolled in an undergraduate program in International Business or related field
- Strong customer support and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting in a fast-paced environment
- General understanding of logistics fundamentals and supply chain with a willingness to learn
