As a Logistics Intern at Boston Dynamics, you will help to strengthen our world-class service and support efforts to meet the demands of our global customers. In this role, you will work alongside the team to support our logistical needs and deliver quick solutions for both inbound and outbound shipments. To thrive in this role, you must have exceptional attention to detail, customer service, and familiarity with global logistics operations.

Day to day activities: 

• Monitor internal and external customer shipments to ensure on time delivery. 

• Analyze and update our internal building transfer to increase visibility and efficiency. 

• Coordinate with the sales and field applications teams to confirm high priority deliveries are scheduled in advance so deadlines are met. 

• Review, maintain and track compliance documentation for US Customs and transportation regulations.

• Evaluate RMA transit time and tracking for opportunities to mitigate customer downtime.

Desired skills:

• Current student enrolled in an undergraduate program in International Business or related field.  

• Strong customer support and communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting in a fast-paced environment.

• General understanding of logistics fundamentals and supply chain with a willingness to learn.
