Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree, or at least 5 years of relevant work experience without the degree.
  • Experience in product development and agent development.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity incident response concepts.
  • Experience with agentic design patterns and methods, including generative artificial intelligence models, function calling, and specialized prompting.
  • Experience with LangChain, LangSmith, CrewAI, CamelAI, or similar generative artificial intelligence agent and tool-based solutions.
  • Linux and systems engineering knowledge.
  • Expert-level Python experience and experience with Python web frameworks.
  • Experience with Django, Angular, React, and/or JavaScript.
  • Experience with project lifecycle activities for development and maintenance projects, including continuous integration/continuous delivery and tool development.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Python or a similar development technology.
  • Ability to maintain continuous documentation and update JIRA tickets.
  • Experience with cybersecurity incident response, including alert triage, evidence collection, enrichment, containment, remediation tracking, and analyst workflow improvement.
  • Experience with security orchestration, automation and response platforms, security information and event management tools, web application firewalls, firewalls, endpoint platforms, cloud security, or threat-intelligence platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Use modern generative artificial intelligence coding tools and agentic development patterns to design, build, test, and deliver cybersecurity automation solutions.
  • Create and use agents, sub-agents, agent swarms, memory, context, and prompt refinement methods.
  • Develop Python agents and sub-agents for alert triage, evidence collection, enrichment, investigation summarization, remediation recommendations, and analyst workflow automation.
  • Deliver production-ready code using Codex, Claude Code, CLINE, and supervisor-agent workflows for planning, coding, and validation.
  • Develop and release cybersecurity investigation agents with safe tool use, clear execution boundaries, and auditability across existing tool bases.
  • Create generative artificial intelligence-enabled MCP, A2A, and tool-based REST API integrations.
  • Work with relational SQL databases, non-relational Elastic databases, and cloud-based data storage systems.
  • Build production-ready Python, Django, Linux web-stack, and containerized applications for secure internal tools, APIs, dashboards, and cybersecurity automation services.
  • Apply SQL, Elastic Stack, Lucene-based search, and large-scale data analysis to correlate security signals and support cybersecurity investigations.
  • Design, containerize, deploy, and operationalize solutions using continuous integration/continuous delivery, automated testing, validation, monitoring, and quality assurance practices.
  • Validate agentic systems through unit, integration, regression, and security testing; tool-call review; generated-code review; and agent behavior evaluation.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Python applications, Linux environments, containers, APIs, web services, and cybersecurity automation workflows.
  • Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, iterate on designs, deliver working solutions, document outcomes, and support production deployments.
  • Travel 5–10% of the time.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree, or more than 2 years of work experience with an advanced degree such as a master's, MBA, JD, or MD.
  • Hands-on experience developing and coding generative artificial intelligence agentic solutions using Python across a large code base.
  • Experience with standard software development practices, source control, continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines, and strong coding practices.
  • Experience with Linux and systems engineering.
  • Experience with Django, Angular, React, and/or JavaScript for web front-end development.
  • Experience with project lifecycle activities, continuous integration/continuous delivery, and tool development.
  • Financial services and card payments experience.
  • Anthropic Claude or OpenAI Codex experience, or an Offensive Security Certified Professional or similar artificial intelligence engineering or cybersecurity certification.
  • Python development experience for cybersecurity automation, investigation workflows, API integrations, and production support.
  • Cybersecurity incident response experience, including alert triage, evidence collection, enrichment, containment, remediation tracking, and analyst workflow improvement.
  • Artificial intelligence development design-pattern experience, including agentic workflows, tool calling, supervisor agents, sub-agents, planning agents, validation agents, and context management.
  • Experience with security orchestration, automation and response platforms, security information and event management tools, web application firewalls, firewalls, endpoint platforms, cloud security, or threat-intelligence platforms.
