  • Have deep expertise in After Effects and strong proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent 3D/motion software.
  • Have strong experience with product and UI animation, including workflows between Figma and motion tools.
  • Understand performance creative for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, including hooks, pacing, aspect ratios, platform-native conventions, and creative’s effect on media performance.
  • Use creative performance data, including CTR, thumb-stop/hook rate, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS, as inputs to the creative process.
  • Have experience with structured creative testing and distinguish hypothesis testing from producing variations.
  • Demonstrate strong visual and conceptual judgment by turning insights or rough hypotheses into compelling creative ideas independently.
  • Identify what is working in a concept and iterate on it without endlessly reproducing the same ad.
  • Take ownership, work comfortably with ambiguity, identify opportunities, form a point of view, and move work forward.
  • Balance speed with craft in performance creative.
  • Communicate across functions and work closely with performance marketers, content creators, data partners, product teams, and compliance.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States; the company does not provide visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
  • Design and animate performance creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging paid channels, focusing on motion graphics, product visualization, UI animation, and short-form video.
  • Partner with performance marketers to translate audience, messaging, funnel, and behavioral insights into differentiated creative concepts to test.
  • Own the creative experimentation cycle from hypothesis and concept through build, launch, analysis, and iteration.
  • Structure creative variations to reveal why a concept won or lost.
  • Animate dub interfaces, portfolios, interactions, and product behaviors to explain the product to potential users.
  • Develop hooks and visual storytelling systems that communicate complex financial concepts within the first few seconds of an ad.
  • Analyze performance data, identify patterns, and translate insights into creative direction and subsequent work.
  • Develop new expressions, narratives, hooks, and formats around successful ideas.
  • Maintain a prioritized creative testing pipeline of hypotheses, concepts, iterations, and new bets with the performance team.
  • Build a scalable motion system of templates, components, UI treatments, transitions, and reusable animation logic.
  • Adapt creative to user behavior and content consumption across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging placements.
  • Work within investment-marketing compliance requirements, including disclosures, disclaimers, and performance claims.
  • Bring references, formats, technologies, workflows, and ideas to the team and help define performance creative standards at dub.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Rive, Lottie, or similar technologies.
  • Experience designing for fintech, financial services, health, insurance, or another regulated category.
  • Experience marketing a consumer mobile app or subscription product.
  • Experience developing ads using real product experiences, dynamic interfaces, or data-driven visualizations.
  • Experience building or helping build a performance creative program from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled creative workflows and interest in using emerging tools to increase concepting and iteration speed.

About the company

Dub is a regulated copy-trading platform in the U.S. that lets retail investors mirror portfolios from hedge fund managers, financial influencers, or public figures with a tap. Zerohash launches crypto copy-trading infrastructure with dub as first partner

Zerohash has launched Portfolio Strategies, a new product enabling brokerages and wealth platforms to create, manage, and rebalance crypto portfolios through a single API integration. The launch partner is dub, an American copy-trading platform that has logged over $1.6 billion in trades since launching in February 2024. Copy trading allows users to automatically mirror the trades of investors they trust. Portfolio Strategies handles execution, settlement, and rebalancing across thousands of accounts simultaneously, making crypto copy trading viable at scale. Dub manages the investor-facing side, identifying accounts worth following, whilst zerohash handles the underlying infrastructure. A 2026 PwC survey found over 75% of retail investors would invest in tokenised assets if accessible through their bank or trading platform. Crypto copy trading on dub has not officially launched yet.
