Requirements
A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
One of the following licenses is required: LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW; associate-level clinicians may receive supervision toward independent licensure.
At least three years of experience working directly with children is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
A valid Arizona driver’s license, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and CPR/First Aid certification are required.
Knowledge of Arizona’s behavioral health system and the 12 Principles is required.
Responsibilities
Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions addressing trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and other concerns.
Partner with families and community agencies, including CPS and DDD, to provide collaborative care.
Create individualized treatment plans for long-term client success.
Participate in weekly supervision with the Clinical Director.
Provide services through both telehealth and in-person community-based sessions in Arizona.
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).
