  • 2+ years of relevant closing experience (full sales cycle) in the health benefits space, i.e., employers, health plans, benefit consultants and brokers.
  • Track record of leveraging your interpersonal skills, positive disposition, and tenacious work ethic to engage and influence prospects/clients
  • A clear, confident, and approachable communication style, both in writing and on the phone
  • Experience in digital health/healthcare strongly preferred
  • Experience in a high growth startup environment strongly preferred
  • Experience with ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Salesforce preferred
Responsibilities
  • Developing a quality pipeline of prospects across employers, consultants, and brokers.
  • Owning the deal cycle from start to finish (discovery call, demo, email follow-up and negotiation).
  • Creating and delivering accurate sales forecasts through strong pipeline hygiene and management.
  • Collaborating with the greater sales team and other internal teams (ie product, marketing, legal) to share best practices and innovate.
  • Developing an understanding of key priorities and pain points in the market through your conversations with prospects.
