TalentNeuron adds agentic AI to Synapse for boardroom-ready workforce analysis in minutes

TalentNeuron, a workforce intelligence and planning company used by 60% of the Fortune 100, has added agentic AI capabilities to Synapse, its AI assistant for workforce decisions. The features are available now to customers. Synapse can plan and run multi-step workforce analysis on its own. It then turns the results into an executive presentation or a full research report, with every figure drawn from TalentNeuron's labour market data. Specialist agents handle areas such as hiring, compensation, and competitors, and their findings merge into one sourced answer. Users can review the filters and keywords before a query runs, ask for web context, or upload files such as job descriptions. "Leaders need insight they can trust," said chief executive officer David Wilkins.

TalentNeuron launches org design tool connecting workforce planning to live labor market data

TalentNeuron has launched Organizational Design, a workforce planning capability that connects organisational structure to live workforce planning and labour market intelligence in a single platform. The company claims it is the only solution offering this integrated approach. The new tool allows enterprise leaders to model organisational changes against real-world conditions, assessing whether workforces are overbuilt, under-skilled or misaligned with market supply. Unlike traditional organisational design tools that display existing structures, TalentNeuron's system incorporates talent supply, compensation data, competitor hiring and automation impact. The platform embeds external labour market intelligence, including talent supply, compensation benchmarks and competitor hiring activity, enabling leaders to evaluate whether proposed structures are feasible to staff and sustainable to operate. Organisational design scenarios are built atop validated workforce plans rather than starting from structure.
