- Review work orders, service requests, and project documentation.
- Assist with manpower planning and resource allocation.
- Coach and mentor field crews.
- Support emergency service operations and on-call requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Flynn's safety and quality standards.
- Commercial roofing experience is an asset.
