  • 5+ years of engineering experience in a medium or larger software company
  • Proficiency in Swift and Xcode, including object-oriented design (MVVM etc.)
  • Demonstrated technical breadth in building an advanced mobile iOS application
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve real-world problems in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong team communication and collaboration skills
  • A commitment to continuous improvement (yourself, your teammates, your software)
  • Great product sense and can contribute to the product roadmap
  • Collaboration with product managers and designers to implement consumer features for mobile iOS applications
  • Writing and promoting robust and maintainable code, clear documentation, and delivering high-quality work on a tight schedule
  • Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the mobile iOS applications
  • Assisting team with tech decisions and related design reviews
  • Performing research and evaluation of new technology, products, and features
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning
  • Participating in the product feature and business metrics definition process
  • Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams
  • Working with the leadership team to craft the ideal technical culture with a strong focus on Operational Excellence
