About the job
- Secondary education equivalent to ESO or baccalaureate is required.
- Experience in customer service or commercial positions is required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
- Candidates must demonstrate professional and empathetic customer handling.
- Computer proficiency and keyboard agility are required.
- Candidates must be results-oriented and motivated to exceed objectives.
- Candidates must have no criminal record for financial-sector offenses and no serious or very serious administrative sanctions in the specified regulated areas, and must sign a good-repute declaration if selected.
- Make outbound calls to customers who have requested a quote, advise them, and offer insurance proposals for cars and motorcycles.
- Effectively resolve customer incidents, questions, and doubts.
- Use databases, tools, and applications.
- Experience selling insurance is highly valued.
