  • Familiarity with managing client payment portals is a plus.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting financial statements for credit underwriting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to be clear and concise.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships both internally and externally.
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, standardize, and maintain written policies and documentation related to the credit and customer setup process.
  • Interface with the sales organization to communicate credit decisions and ensure timely reviews of new customers and opportunities.
  • Create and implement communication plans with regional General Managers and Sales Team leadership to maintain clear, consistent communication.
  • Make credit decisions within assigned authority.
  • Lead and manage the collections team, ensuring the creation of clear, consistent processes across all regions.
  • Initiate process improvements and quality reviews to simplify workflows and increase productivity.
  • Resolve credit issues and outstanding balance collections with customers.
  • Develop and maintain management reporting, delivering quarterly packages to stakeholders.
  • Lead and train new and existing staff, fostering continuous development.
  • Master Triumvirate's credit and collections processes.
  • Oversee payment applications and ensure ledgers are accurate and cleanly maintained.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
