Previous experience in customer service, quoting, estimating, order management, or manufacturing is preferred.
Experience with an enterprise resource planning system is required.

Manage multiple customer accounts, quotes, orders, and projects while maintaining accurate records within the company's enterprise resource planning system.

Support production planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
