We are now hiring for an Ophthalmic technician that will support a high-volume ophthalmic practice that focuses on providing quality and compassionate care to each patient needing complete eye care services.
Pay Range - $19.00-19.50hr. Commensurate with experience
This position requires customer service skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a degree of independent decision-making.
Ophthalmic skills include:
• Dependable transportation required to travel to other offices as required
• Must be flexible with traveling to various locations.
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• The ability to seek instruction in areas where he/she is not knowledgeable
• The ability to recognize inconsistencies
Education:
• Graduation from an accredited high school

EyeSouth Partners is a physician-led management services organization (MSO) for eye care, affiliating with ophthalmology and optometry practices. It handles non-clinical, administrative work so doctors can focus on medical and surgical eye care. The company provides capital for growth, technology investments, strategy, and operational support such as revenue cycle management, payer contracting, staffing, and doctor recruitment. Physicians remain clinically autonomous and keep their local brand identity while joining a larger network. EyeSouth differs from others by being doctor-led, maintaining clinical autonomy and local branding within a nationwide affiliate network, and pursuing growth through acquisitions and partnerships under private equity ownership. The goal is to grow a large, nationwide network of affiliated eye care practices and ambulatory surgery centers, improve practice operations, expand patient access, and provide financial security for staff and physicians.
