  • Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience)
  • A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
  • 2+ years of agency or in-house copywriting experience
  • Experience writing copy for performance-based marketing campaigns
  • Experience writing copy for Product and Support teams
  • Experience in ideation and creation of cross-functional marketing campaigns
  • A strong portfolio that shows relevant real-world experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English with proficiency in reading and writing in Spanish is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Support a high volume of copy needs from multiple teams across the company.
  • Write error-free copy that complies with brand and company guidelines while differentiating Favor in a competitive market.
  • Work with the Brand and Media teams to develop and execute content strategy for paid and organic content.
  • Work with the Product and Support teams to produce copy for customer and Runner websites, apps, and service platforms.
  • Work with the CRM team to promote a variety of initiatives via email, in-app messages, and push notifications.
  • Work with the Sales and Brand teams to produce copy for physical and digital marketing materials.
  • Work with the People Ops team to support a variety of employer branding, DEI, and internal initiatives.
  • Work with the Copy Team Lead to develop Favor’s brand voice and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Partner with members of the Brand and Creative teams to ideate, concept, and pitch new campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and complete additional duties as needed.
