Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a four-year college or university pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Interest in automation and streamlining workflows
  • Experience with programming or scripting languages (such as Python, R, or similar) for automating data cleaning, transformation, and analysis
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Commitment to the mission of expanding access to justice
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills working with variety of stakeholders
  • Available to work 10 weeks full-time from May or June through early August 2026
  • Hybrid remote schedule, working 1 day per week in San Francisco office
  • Candidate must reside in California and be able to go into the office at least once a week
Responsibilities
  • Assist with various projects within the Office of Research and Statistics (ORS).
  • Provide analytical, technical, and administrative support to the division.
  • Perform data entry and research information for future use and analysis.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with others in the development of regulatory projects.
