Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, integration design, or a related technical field, with a focus on partnerships and third-party integrations.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions, including APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration technologies such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, and ETL processes.
  • Proven ability to work with external partners, vendors, and ISVs to deliver technical integration solutions that meet joint business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with experience in resolving complex integration challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with ISV and technology partners to understand their technical requirements, providing guidance on best practices for integrating with the company’s platform.
  • Develop and maintain partner integration documentation, technical specifications, and architecture guidelines.
  • Collaborate with partners to support the development and implementation of integrations, ensuring successful deployment and long-term scalability.
  • Partner with internal teams (product, engineering, partnerships, and customer success) to ensure alignment between technical integration initiatives and overall partnership strategies.
  • Lead the design and implementation of integrations that align with customer needs and the partner’s capabilities.
  • Develop scalable and secure integration architectures to enable seamless data exchange and interoperability between partner applications and the company’s systems.
  • Ensure integration designs meet the business, technical, and security requirements of both partners and customers.
  • Oversee the technical implementation of partner integrations, ensuring that solutions are optimized for performance, reliability, and security.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting during the integration process, assisting partners in overcoming technical challenges.
  • Work with internal engineering teams to ensure proper alignment between the company’s platform architecture and partner integration efforts.
  • Collaborate with security and legal teams to ensure that all partner integrations adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory standards, minimizing risks related to data privacy and protection.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve integration processes and architecture to increase efficiency, scalability, and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging integration technologies, tools, and best practices, recommending new approaches to optimize partner solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and simplification of integration workflows to enhance partner and customer experience.
