Responsibilities

Establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize project progress.

Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance of assigned projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
Evaluate policies and procedures to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and efficiently.
Perform survey calculations and analysis, final map checking, title-data review, record-drawing research, and client relations.
Collaborate with licensed surveyors, engineers, and technical and survey staff.
Review and process field-survey results, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land features and structures.
Verify the accuracy of field-survey data, measurements, and calculations.
Comply with safe work practices, policies, and processes.
Maintain firm standards for preparing survey and mapping documents.
Provide technical direction and oversight to survey staff regarding office and field conflicts.
Assist field crews with fieldwork as needed.

About This Role:
Cardinal is seeking an LSIT to join our dynamic and growing team. As an LSIT, you will be responsible for proper scheduling, budget, contract, and client interaction for all projects in your service area.
Responsibilities:
As an LSIT, you will assist the LS:

Qualifications:
