Evercore names two co-presidents and adds senior hires as earnings forecasts point to a $48M decline

Evercore has reshaped its senior ranks, naming Nigel Dawn and Naveen Nataraj as co-presidents from January 2027. John Weinberg remains chief executive officer. The investment bank also added senior managing directors in chemicals and aerospace and defence, and expanded its presence in New York and the Washington, D.C. area. The moves aim to deepen sector coverage and widen fee opportunities. Investors are watching earnings on October 28. Analysts expect revenue growth of 2.1% a year over the next three years, with earnings falling from $745.0 million to $696.9 million by 2029. Cost pressure is the main risk. Senior hiring and non-compensation expenses could squeeze margins if deals slow.
