Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement process improvements and controls, conduct quality tests, analyze volume trends, and develop reporting related to quality and operational risk management.
  • Analyzes EFT transactions and related documentation to verify completion, accuracy, and that the appropriate processes were followed.
  • Participates in the development and support of policies and work procedures to ensure adherence to internal standards, regulations, and risk mitigation.
  • Assesses and audit sample data collected by EFT management.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and provides recommendations to customers and internal teams on nonconformance items.
  • Prepares reports containing key performance indicators for department leadership as well as other internal teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.
