- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
- A valid state identification card is required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- A Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
- A vehicle and valid driver's license are required for commuting between locations and arriving promptly to appointments.
- Provide direct one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy in home or clinic environments.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs written by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Collect data and submit session notes.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
- Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
