Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technical Communication, or Life Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
  • Introductory experience or coursework in AI/machine learning, data annotation, or process automation

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Quality Operations team to identify key requirements and workflows for AI assistants tailored to site-specific quality processes
  • Utilize AI tools and techniques to analyze quality documents including contamination control strategy, identifying areas for simplification and helping to ensure content is clear, concise, and compliant
  • Prepare and annotate data sets, including document samples and process descriptions, to train and test AI models for accurate understanding and response
  • Assist in testing AI assistant prototypes, providing feedback on usability, accuracy, and effectiveness in supporting contamination control and other quality operation processes
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions, suggesting enhancements and new features for AI assistants based on user feedback and observed process bottlenecks

Zoetis appoints GE Healthcare CFO Jay Saccaro as dual finance chief and COO

Zoetis has appointed former GE Healthcare CFO Jay Saccaro to a newly created dual role as CFO and chief operating officer, effective 17 August. Saccaro, who spent three years at GE Healthcare and nine years as CFO at Baxter International Healthcare, will receive an annual base salary of $1 million, with eligibility for bonuses totalling 100% of his salary and long-term incentives worth $5 million. He will also receive a one-time restricted stock unit award valued at approximately $6.2 million and a cash award of $1.2 million. Current CFO Wetteny Joseph will transition to special advisor on 16 August, remaining in a non-executive role until February 2027 or an earlier agreed date.
