SAP Application Solutions Specialist
About the job
- A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree, or comparable professional experience.
- At least 7 years of customer-facing or consulting experience.
- Proven ability to influence and align customer mindsets and objectives.
- Ability to navigate customer organizations effectively to ensure project deliverables are completed.
- Ability to solve complex and ambiguous technical problems using experience, creativity, and sound judgment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Ability to understand functional designs and technical project requirements.
- Ability to present solutions to different organizational levels, including chief technology officers, chief information officers, and developers, across functional and technical areas.
- A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to make sound decisions.
- Contribute to pre-sales support for Docuflow.
- Analyze customer needs.
- Configure and conduct software demonstrations for prospects and customers.
- Prepare implementation estimates.
- Answer technical questions, develop solution architectures, and prepare proposals.
- Support sales colleagues as needed.
- Maintain Docuflow SAP demonstration environments.
- Contribute to project planning and management for VersaFile Docuflow customer implementations.
- Lead or participate in requirements analysis and design workshops.
- Develop solution architecture and design.
- Deliver solutions.
- Configure and test solutions.
- Demonstrate solutions to customers.
- Support solution rollout through production go-live.
- Provide post-go-live support.
- Create technical documentation.
- Support implementation team members as needed.
- Work from a home office to support customers in the Central European Time zone.
- Travel as required.
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with SAP Sales Cloud, including C/4HANA and C4C CRM.
- Experience with SAP Service Cloud.
- Experience with SAP Ariba.
- Experience with SAP Concur.
- Experience with SAP integrations such as OpenText.
