Requirements
  • A Licenciatura in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of prior experience in commercial or administrative support functions in the banking sector is required, preferably in business banking.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products and services for businesses is required.
  • Advanced proficiency with office software, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Analytical ability and results orientation are required.
  • Proactivity, organization, and the ability to work in a team and under pressure are required.
  • Intermediate-high English proficiency is required.
Responsibilities
  • Support business banking relationship managers in preparing commercial proposals and client presentations.
  • Manage and keep client and business-opportunity information updated in internal systems.
  • Collaborate in monitoring the client portfolio, identifying needs and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other bank areas, including risk, operations, and legal, to expedite processes and resolve issues.
  • Prepare management reports and sales analyses, identify trends, and propose improvements.
  • Participate in training and updating the sales force on new products and services.
  • Resolve inquiries and provide technical and operational assistance to commercial team members.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations related to banking activity and data protection.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is valued.
  • Experience in business banking is preferred.
