As the Product Manager for Service Management, you will take charge of the Datadog mobile app and collaboration integrations, ensuring our customers have an optimal experience accessing observability data on the go and seamless interactions with third-party partners.
We are seeking a passionate product manager who will indulge their curiosity, engage in conversations with the most sophisticated tech shops globally, deeply understand their mobile and integration needs, and deliver products that enable customers to seamlessly integrate Datadog with third-party tools, enhancing their overall workflow efficiency and collaboration capabilities.
These products elegantly complement our observability and monitoring suite, offering you the opportunity to leverage existing sales channels. Datadog product managers are customer-obsessed, and you will also uncover emergent behavior that guides the development of the Datadog mobile app and integrations into new markets.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop a deep understanding of the mobile and integration needs of dev, ops, and security engineers to assist them in accessing critical observability data on-the-go and fostering enhanced collaboration.
- Own and execute a strategic roadmap for Datadog mobile app functionality and integration capabilities with partners such as PagerDuty, Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and others.
- Prioritize the overall growth of the Datadog mobile app and integrations, improving products to empower our customers in leveraging data for enhanced interoperability.
- Incorporate common patterns you learn in customer conversations into instructive articles and talks to benefit the community.
- Work with world-class Product and Engineering teams to develop and evangelize product priorities and roadmaps that inspire our teams’ best work and deliver real value
- Support and empower the Sales, Account Management, Marketing and Solutions teams to ensure the broadest reach and the best possible customer experience
- Contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration across the department and broader organization
- Raise the bar in product management
Who You Are:
- An experienced Product Manager, ideally at a SaaS company
- You have a strong technical background and/or sense of the day in the life of an engineer shipping, maintaining, or securing a distributed cloud application.
- You have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to present and defend your ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- You are customer-minded with a high quality standard for the product to be delivered

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Datadog ranges from $149,000 to $190,000, plus a competitive equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
