About the Company

Coral AI

AI-driven platform automating healthcare administrative tasks

Coral AI builds an AI-driven platform that automates administrative tasks for healthcare providers by integrating with existing systems such as EHRs, fax lines, and payer portals without requiring infrastructure changes. Its AI agents read unstructured documents (like handwritten faxes and referral packets), extract relevant data, check insurance eligibility, and draft prior authorizations for human review, while automating workflows such as patient intake, prior authorization, billing, and compliance with high accuracy. The platform targets specialty providers (DME suppliers, infusion centers, radiology practices) and operates on a SaaS model, handling large volumes (over 500,000 patient workflows monthly) and achieving rapid commercial traction. Coral’s goal is to reduce the $450 billion annual healthcare administrative burden by making back-office processes faster, cheaper, and more accurate, with plans to expand into other industries with complex, unstructured workflows.
