- The candidate must have 4-6 years or more of experience in Software as a Service sales positions, including at least 3 years as an Account Executive.
- The candidate must be able to operate with ambiguity, test and define new ideas, and engage executive buyers with innovative ideas and solutions.
- The candidate must demonstrate a hunter mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- The candidate must bring positivity and energy to the team.
- The candidate must be proficient with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management software.
- Break into key target accounts through outbound prospecting with CoderPad's value proposition aligned to the objectives of ideal prospects.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success colleagues to detect new business opportunities using intent-based tools.
- Establish a trusted advisor and consultant approach with prospects.
- Suggest new ideas to improve the product, process, and workflows based on customer feedback and strategic approach.
- Achieve predefined outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Engage with buyers using a value-based selling approach.
- Proficiency with Gong and Apollo is a plus.
