Requirements
  • B.A. or B.S. degree
  • 2-5 years marketing experience; business-to-business preferred
  • Experience using contact management tools and social media tools
  • Experience with common office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to move quickly to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Good collaboration skills
  • Ability to work around obstacles while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions and try new ways of doing things
  • Strong customer-service ethic and ability to serve multiple internal customers
Responsibilities
  • Writes concise and compelling content for growth marketing and brand storytelling campaigns
  • Supports Senior Content Strategist with brand content creation for awards, public relations, company news, etc.
  • Manages organic social media presence ensuring quality content, balanced promotion of thought leadership, and routine metric performance analysis
  • Supports execution of executive communications strategy on social channels
  • Develops and executes editorial calendar for careers, recruiting, and other related people team content
  • Supports lead flow by promotion campaigns across organic channels
  • Creates resources and leads training around personal brand building and firmwide social media guidelines
  • Monitors employee sentiment across platforms such as Glassdoor and Fishbowl for reviews
  • Writes and tests social media posts with calls-to-action; creates compelling imagery to support written content
  • Conducts competitive marketing activity research, including social media metrics
  • Supports team efforts and builds authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams
  • Participates in firm culture activities to connect regularly with other employees
