  • Develops and executes editorial calendar for careers, recruiting, and other related people team content
  • Supports lead flow by promotion campaigns across organic channels
  • Creates resources and leads training around personal brand building and firmwide social media guidelines
  • Monitors employee sentiment across platforms such as Glassdoor and Fishbowl for reviews
  • Writes and tests social media posts with calls-to-action; creates compelling imagery to support written content
  • Conducts competitive marketing activity research, including social media metrics
  • Supports team efforts and builds authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams
  • Participates in firm culture activities to connect regularly with other employees
