Report medical emergencies, elopements, or ACA incidents immediately.
Transport clients to appointments, activities, support groups, and other facilities using a company van.
Orient new clients and complete housing intake documentation.
Conduct searches of client belongings and residential spaces for contraband.
Monitor curfews and rule compliance for transitional living clients.
Desired Qualifications
CPR certification is preferred; training is provided if needed.
Experience in mental health, chemical dependency, psychiatric, residential, partial hospitalization, or outpatient settings is preferred but not required (0–1 years).

We are currently seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to provide safe monitoring, support, and structure for clients in our primary mental health residential program.

Position Overview
The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is a vital member of the treatment team and works under the supervision of the Director of Housing and Transportation. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, care, and well-being of clients, maintaining a supportive therapeutic environment, and accurately documenting client behavior.
