Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a client-facing role, leading technical projects and/or managing accounts in an enterprise environment
  • Strong project management experience driving external and internal teams towards successful SaaS platform configuration and rollouts with an eye towards generating successful business outcomes
  • Experience leading implementations at an enterprise B2B or B2B2C SaaS company
  • Proven ability to work directly with external customers, lead client discussions, problem solve in real time and influence stakeholder decisions
  • Experience synthesizing business, ops and technical requirements and communicating them clearly to internal product and engineering teams
  • Experience working on or along-side commercial teams to drive customer success and growth
  • Basic knowledge of common web technologies, e.g. JavaScript, CSS, HTML and integration technologies and protocols (APIs, REST, HTTP, SFTP etc.)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and comfort with lots of ambiguity where no two days are the same
Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise and commercial customer implementation projects, gathering requirements, testing solutions, and working with Solution Architecture, Product, and Engineering to set plans and timelines against customer outcomes
  • Lead post-launch account support with key accounts including delivering ongoing services, and investigating issues.
  • Manage complex project plans spanning multiple external and internal teams. Move projects forward towards strong business results.
  • Streamline future implementations with process improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the customer organization; including technology, marketing, ops, finance and others to help them realize their vision for branded resale
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure we deliver high quality outcomes while maintaining timelines, identifying risks and finding solutions
