Requirements
  • University Degree (advanced degree preferred) in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in broad-based compensation with at least 2-4 years focused on compensation structure development and benchmarking
  • Experience at a multinational company with direct experience developing structures in Latin America, including countries like Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, and Ecuador.
  • Direct experience and familiarity with core survey providers like Radford, Willis Towers Watson, Mercer, and/or McLagan
  • Deep technical competency including experience and knowledge of common analytics tools like Google Sheets/Excel, Access, SQL, VBA, or Tableau.
  • Experience properly securing, protecting, and managing sensitive and confidential data
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret large and complex data sets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and levels.
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Leverage technology and sound practices to lead global benchmarking, structure development, and market pricing in support of our compensation philosophy and strategy. This includes base pay structures, bonus targets, and long-term incentive target amounts.
  • Provide deep expertise in navigating country-specific nuances and practices to ensure our compensation structures are locally relevant and competitive while remaining consistent with our global strategy and philosophy.
  • Provide recommendations for rewards program budgets based on comprehensive reviews of market data, compensation strategy, and business need
  • Manage and enhance a global job architecture that supports organizational design, workforce planning, career development, and talent acquisition. Lead maintenance and update projects as needed
  • Foster partnerships with stakeholders across People, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure compensation structures are fair, competitive, and aligned with business needs.
  • Leveraging Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Access, Tableau and other tools, develop compensation analytics and insights that inform and support compensation decisions for the compensation team, business leaders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Stay informed on trends and best practices in compensation structures, providing thought leadership and insights to the compensation team and broader business
  • Successfully craft and deliver executive level summaries to influence senior management decision making
  • Provide analytical and consultative support on a variety of compensation projects and initiatives
