- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents while fostering a positive environment.
- Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
