Deliverect and Yext partner to sync live restaurant data across AI search and digital channels

Deliverect has partnered with Yext to automatically synchronise restaurant data across digital channels, including AI search platforms. The integration connects Deliverect's operational data — menus, opening hours, item availability, and allergen information — directly to the Yext Knowledge Graph, eliminating manual updates across search engines, maps, and AI assistants. The partnership addresses a persistent industry challenge: keeping information accurate across multiple digital touchpoints as restaurants constantly update menus, hours, and availability. When data changes at a restaurant, updates flow automatically through the system. Deliverect, which serves more than 80,000 restaurant locations across 70-plus countries, processes 30 million API calls daily and has powered 1.5 billion orders to date. The integration aims to reduce operational burden for restaurant brands whilst improving customer trust through accurate, real-time information.

Deliverect and yext partner to keep restaurant data accurate across every digital surface, including AI search. The integration connects live operational data from Deliverect directly to the Yext Knowledge Graph, eliminating manual updates across search engines, maps, and AI assistants. October 8, 2026 Deliverect, the global restaurant technology platform serving more than 80,000 locations across 70+ countries, today announced a partnership with Yext, the enterprise agentic marketing platform, to automatically synchronize live restaurant data across every digital channel where customers discover and choose where to eat. The integration connects Deliverect's operational data layer, including menus, opening hours, item availability, and allergen information, directly to the Yext Knowledge Graph. When key data changes at a restaurant, that update automatically flows through to search engines, maps, and AI assistants without manual intervention. Solving one of the industry's most persistent problems. Restaurant brands operate in a state of constant change. Menus shift, hours are adjusted, items sell out, locations open and close. Keeping all of that information accurate across every digital touchpoint has historically been a significant operational burden, particularly for brands managing large numbers of locations. The Deliverect-Yext integration eliminates that burden by making Deliverect a key technology partner that feeds directly into Yext's data infrastructure. For operators, this means a meaningful reduction in day-to-day overhead and the confidence that what customers find online always reflects what is actually happening inside the restaurant. The impact goes beyond convenience. Inaccurate data, whether it is a menu item that is no longer available, the wrong opening hours, or a missing service option like curbside pickup, erodes customer trust. By solving data accuracy at the source, the partnership addresses one of the most persistent and costly friction points in the restaurant industry. Built for the future of AI search. As AI-powered search continues to reshape how consumers find and choose restaurants, the accuracy of structured operational data becomes a competitive advantage. Restaurants have never had the data infrastructure to keep up with the pace of real-time operational change across digital channels. Deliverect has built that layer, and connecting it to the Yext Knowledge Graph ensures that accuracy now reaches every place a customer is searching, including the AI interfaces that are becoming increasingly central to discovery. Stephan Giordani, Product Partnerships Manager, North America at Yext, said: "In partnering with Deliverect, Yext demonstrates its commitment to brand accuracy and data enrichment by pulling live operational information directly into the Yext Knowledge Graph. We're eliminating a layer of manual data entry for our food and beverage clients so they can focus on serving consumers while Yext and Deliverect make sure their restaurants are accurately and consistently discoverable in AI and traditional search." Don MacMillan, Head of Partnerships, North America at Deliverect, said: "Restaurant operators already have enough to manage without worrying whether their menu or hours are showing up correctly everywhere customers look. This partnership means the operational data flowing through Deliverect becomes the single source of truth for how a restaurant appears across search and AI. That's a real weight off operators' shoulders, and it means diners can trust what they see, whether they're checking hours on Google or asking an AI assistant where to eat." COBS Bread partners with Deliverect to simplify digital ordering across North America.

COBS Bread partners with Deliverect to simplify digital ordering across North America. Oct 06, 2026, 09:19 ET Canada's leading fresh-bread franchise chain deploys Deliverect to give every bakery a unified connection between third-party ordering and in-store operations NEW YORK, Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Deliverect, the global restaurant technology company powering digital ordering for restaurant brands worldwide, today announced a partnership with COBS Bread, one of the largest hand-crafted breads and treats bakery franchises in North America. The partnership will create a more consistent ordering experience for customers while simplifying digital order management for COBS Bread bakery teams and franchisees across 200 stores. Every bakery will now have a standardized digital connection between third party ordering market places and its Boomi integration platform. Through the partnership, orders placed on delivery marketplaces will be managed through the Deliverect Delivery Management App (DMA), with menu updates and pricing changes pushed across every location and every channel instantly. The result is a consistent digital ordering experience for customers and a materially simpler operational footprint for the franchisees running each bakery. "Our bakery teams should be able to focus on baking fresh products and serving their customers, not managing disconnected ordering systems. Deliverect gives COBS Bread a consistent and scalable foundation for digital ordering across our bakery network," said Ligia Costa, Senior Director of Technology at COBS Bread. "By bringing delivery and Click & Collect orders into one workflow, we are reducing manual effort and operational complexity while improving visibility and consistency. This allows our franchisees and bakery teams to spend less time managing multiple channels and more time focused on serving customers and growing their businesses". Built for an Independently Operated Bakery Network COBS Bread bakeries are independently operated, making simplicity, reliability, and consistency critical to the successful adoption of new technology. Any new platform must reduce complexity at the bakery level and support a consistent experience without taking bakery teams away from serving customers and their communities. Deliverect's platform is designed for exactly that model. Third-party orders are processed in the same workflow as any other order, without separate tablets or manual re-keying. Menu updates, pricing adjustments, and item availability changes propagate instantly across every marketplace and every location, so franchisees can focus on baking and serving the community rather than on maintaining digital channels. "COBS Bread is one of the most respected franchise brands in North America - a business built on quality, consistency, and community. Powering their digital ordering across 200 bakeries means giving every franchisee the same reliable connection to today's ordering marketplaces, without adding operational overhead to their day-to-day. That's exactly what our platform is built for," said Noah Hayes, VP at Deliverect. A Foundation for Continued Growth COBS Bread is one of the fastest-growing bakery concepts in Canada, with a track record of opening more than 20 new bakeries per year. Standardizing digital ordering on Deliverect gives the brand a proven platform that new franchisees can plug into on day one, ensuring every new bakery joins the network with the same digital foundation as every existing location. About COBS Bread COBS Bread (BD Canada Ltd.) bakeries are a one-of-a-kind family-owned bakery franchise with a vision to be the favourite bakery in every community. Every morning at each of its +180 bakeries, all bread, treats, buns, scones (and more) are baked-from-scratch and hand-crafted. All leftover products are donated to local charities at the end of each day, allowing COBS Bread to donate over $50 million of retail products annually. KPOT rolls out deliverect across 140 U.S. Restaurants to manage third-party marketplace ordering. Technology · SEP 22, 2026 PR Newswire Korean BBQ and hot pot chain partners with Deliverect for third-party order aggregation and menu management as it standardizes digital operations across it... Korean BBQ and hot pot chain partners with Deliverect for third-party order aggregation and menu management as it standardizes digital operations across its expanding franchise network NEW YORK, Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Deliverect, the global restaurant technology company powering digital ordering for restaurant brands worldwide, today announced a partnership with KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, the Korean BBQ and hot pot franchise chain with more than 140 U.S. locations,. Under the partnership, KPOT will deploy Deliverect's third-party order aggregation and menu management platform across its national restaurant network. The deployment gives KPOT a single digital layer connecting orders from third-party delivery marketplaces to each restaurant's point-of-sale, along with centralized menu control across every channel and every location. Menu updates, pricing adjustments, and item availability changes now propagate across all marketplaces and restaurants from a single point of control, rather than requiring manual updates channel by channel or store by store. "As KPOT continues to expand nationwide, delivering a seamless ordering experience, whether guests dine in or order online, remains our top priority. Partnering with Deliverect gives our franchise network the operational stability and central control needed to manage third-party orders effortlessly, ensuring our food arrives fresh and accurate every time," said Victor Chow, Senior Vice President and Partner, KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot. Standardizing Digital Operations Across a Rapidly Growing Franchise Network KPOT has grown from a single restaurant in 2018 to more than 140 locations across the United States, operating through a franchise model. The pace of that expansion has increased the operational complexity of managing digital ordering consistently across every restaurant, particularly on third-party marketplaces where menu accuracy and order flow reliability directly affect guest experience. Deliverect's platform is designed to remove that complexity by handling third-party order integration as a standardized layer across the entire network. Orders arrive in each restaurant's point-of-sale in the same workflow regardless of the source marketplace, and menu changes made once at the franchise level appear across every channel automatically. "KPOT is one of the most impressive growth stories in the restaurant industry today, and we are incredibly proud to be chosen as their partner. Standardizing third-party ordering across 140-plus locations is critical for maintaining consistency at scale, and we look forward to supporting their continued growth across the U.S." said Noah Hayes, VP at Deliverect. About KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot Founded in 2018, KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is a franchise restaurant chain that combines Korean barbecue and hot pot into an interactive, all-you-can-eat dining experience. How Harvest Clean Eats expanded to 10 units with TouchBistro POS.

How Harvest Clean Eats expanded to 10 units with TouchBistro POS. By Megan Lee "If you want it bad enough, you'll find a way to make it happen." The saying couldn't be more true for Connor Stoilov, who founded Harvest Clean Eats - a chef-driven fast casual restaurant - back in 2020, during a time where the restaurant industry was filled with uncertainty. The Harvest Clean Eats team was fueled by a mission to provide Canadians with quick, healthy, and affordable meals, including smoothies, power bowls, wraps, paninis, and other healthy grab and go items. Connor successfully scaled the Harvest Clean Eats brand with the support of Baylee Hood, Director of Operations and Training. From working on-site taking orders at their first location in Halifax, to growing to 10 locations across Canada and managing 120-140 team members, the pair quickly proved they were a force to be reckoned with in the fast-casual space. However, the Harvest Clean Eats team knew they wouldn't be able to franchise their operations without a strong tech stack to serve as the foundation of their operations. Enter TouchBistro's all-in-one restaurant management system. Key takeaways. * Harvest Clean Eats was in search of a POS provider that was local and would help scale its growing multi-unit franchise. * TouchBistro POS offered a scalable solution, allowing the business to fuel its expansion and manage 10 locations with ease. * Harvest Clean Eats lowered costs, streamlined day-to-day operations, and gained confidence to scale its brand faster. Finding the right POS for future franchising. Opening Harvest Clean Eats wasn't Connor's first rodeo, as he had prior restaurant management experience operating a pizza restaurant. "We built out our first restaurant and our POS was always an after-thought because we had this $200 cash register, and it worked fine. We were able to bring money in and take money, so it technically worked, but it wasn't the most efficient way of doing business," Connor explains. And after much reflection, he notes that he didn't have any visibility in how much they sold each year or what items were selling well. Committed to running Harvest Clean Eats differently, Connor and his team went searching for a POS system that was not only local and Canadian, but one that could grow with them as the business expanded into new markets. "We were building a franchise system from day one, so it was important for us to make sure that we put the right tech stack in place, especially knowing that this brand will eventually have hundreds of units," Connor explains. Implementing TouchBistro POS: the powerful engine behind venue expansion. With future franchising in mind, Harvest Clean Eats selected TouchBistro as its POS system of choice and has been using the platform since day one. The team chose TouchBistro based on Baylee's experience using the system at previous restaurants and it felt like a natural fit to power Harvest Clean Eats' growth. TouchBistro's restaurant franchise management software offered a simple and easy-to-replicate setup process that could support Harvest Clean Eats' expansion goals. Connor explains, "The setup and the onboarding process is incredibly easy every time we open a new restaurant, which makes expansion more seamless. It's also a very cost-effective platform to join from a hardware standpoint." He continues, "TouchBistro is one of the easier components of opening in a new market." Being able to integrate third-party solutions with TouchBistro POS was also a massive game-changer for the Harvest Clean Eats team. For example, the ability to integrate TouchBistro with the online ordering aggregator Deliverect made off-premise ordering significantly more efficient because the team could manage online orders from multiple platforms in one place. "The day we made the integration happen with Deliverect, all of a sudden all I had to do was push accept on online orders, which was a huge game-changer for us," Connor explains. Baylee adds, "We also connected 7shifts to our TouchBistro POS so we're able to see if somebody's clocking in late for their shift and have that flagged on our schedule. We know a traditional POS system wouldn't be able to do that." The results. Using TouchBistro's multi-location POS from day one set Harvest Clean Eats up for early success. The brand not only expanded into new markets, but also achieved major gains in terms of efficiency and cost savings. Streamline daily operations. One of the biggest benefits of using TouchBistro's integrated technology was streamlining daily operations. "The fact that the POS syncs directly to the TouchBistro KDS helps improve efficiency and saves time for our team on the floor. The system is easy and efficient to use because you don't need to press multiple buttons just to ring in one menu item," says Connor. Customers even commented on how quickly orders were fired and served after the brand first implemented TouchBistro, with some receiving their orders before they'd even paid. Reduce labor costs and seamless training. Harvest Clean Eats was also able to drastically reduce its labor costs and save time. With the use of scheduled reports and a heat map of sales, the team is able to identify their peak hours and schedule accordingly. Connor shares, "I remember early days where our labor cost percentage was 44%, but with TouchBistro's reporting and the ability to track those numbers, we can get it down to where it should be, under 30%." In addition to the reduction in labor costs and time saved, TouchBistro has also allowed Connor and Baylee to train their employees with ease. "I just did POS training with our new Toronto franchise partners this past week where we ran through practice orders for a couple of hours. Within the first 30 minutes they were already like, 'I think we get it now' - that's how easy the system is for new team members to learn," Baylee shares. As she sums it up, "If you can use an iPhone, then you can use TouchBistro." Multi-Location management and reporting. In addition to helping Harvest Clean Eats run more efficiently on a day-to-day basis, there's no doubt that TouchBistro and its multi-unit management features have been pivotal in helping Harvest Clean Eats expand over the years. For example, being able to bulk edit menu items across all locations or make individual menu changes has made it easier for the team to oversee the brand's menu from afar. The multi-location reporting feature has also given Baylee granular visibility into each locations' operations and metrics, including sales data, while working remotely from her office in Halifax. For example, she has been able to track Harvest Clean Eats' partnership with Greenhouse in Toronto, see how much they've been selling, and make adjustments when needed. Confidence for franchise expansion. Backing all these wins is a strong partnership between TouchBistro and Harvest Clean Eats, which is now in its eighth year. From day one, the brand has appreciated how TouchBistro is always willing to innovate to make their team's experience better. "You can trust the people at TouchBistro. You know they're going to do what they say they're going to do, and that they're going to execute on what we've asked," Connor shares. The partnership has been so great that it's made Harvest Clean Eats more confident expanding as quickly as it has, especially thanks to the "customer-first" approach baked into TouchBistro's DNA. Connor explains, "There's never been a time where I've called, messaged, emailed, texted, and not gotten a response that day. So, I think that's something that stands out for me, because I don't think other companies operate in quite the same way." Moving forward, the team is confident that onboarding multiple new locations with TouchBistro every month will be smooth and easy. Connor shares, "I think the simplicity of the setup and the onboarding process really is going to help us fuel expansion." This process was most recently put to the test with the opening of the brand's newest location in downtown Toronto's Scotia Plaza. Manned by an army of brand-new staff, a sleek kitchen setup, and TouchBistro POS, the team opened the doors of its new location on September 1st without a hitch - and managed to give away 500 smoothies in the process. The future of this canadian-based multi-location chain. "We want to be a leader in the healthy quick service restaurant space across Canada, and have plans to expand to the U.S. as well," Connor shares. Harvest Clean Eats plans to scale rapidly over the next five years, taking its 10 location operations to 100 through its partnership with TouchBIstro. As Connor sums it up, "We feel confident that we're with a platform that's reliable and is going to give us consistency across all our locations."
