  • Advance Weston’s position in next-generation water solutions, including water reuse, resource recovery, and advanced treatment technologies
  • Collaborate with industry partners, academic institutions, and regulatory agencies to bring innovative solutions to market
  • Address challenges such as PFAS, nutrient recovery, and sustainable water reuse, while influencing strategic investments that keep Weston competitive in the evolving water sector
  • Leading the full sales lifecycle from strategy through close
  • Partnering with operations to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing internal teams
  • Representing Weston in industry forums and staying ahead of regulatory and market trends
