Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in business operations or product management
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or at a high-growth technology firm
  • Excellent business sense, project management skills, relationship management skills, and the ability to understand and resolve complex business issues
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of iOS, macOS and App Store
Responsibilities
  • Define and build operations to develop and launch Apple’s app ecosystem product features, across existing and new platforms
  • Partner with product and design teams to translate product vision into operational requirements and features, and partner with engineering teams to develop these features
  • Define and implement new processes and operations needed in support for new product features; Partner with key decision makers across business teams to define short and long term solutions to any operational challenges
  • Develop requirements and work closely with engineering teams, to build and deploy tools and systems to support new product features
  • Ensure cross-functional business partners are aligned on the key objectives of the product feature and its roll-out
  • Develop new processes in support of launching and sustaining new product features and work with business teams to develop resources and information required to support new products (training, playbooks, process documentation, resolution paths, FAQs, etc)
  • Plan and drive global pilots and product launches, in partnership with cross-functional business teams, product management and engineering
  • Partner with business teams to track product-related challenges, and feature enhancements for future development.
Desired Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in identifying business needs and developing use cases for complex products
  • Ability to establish new processes across cross-functional business operations
  • Experience working in business operations or product management in Digital Media/Entertainment/ Mobile Gaming
  • Experience working on a global scale across all levels of the organization and managing the implementation of complex projects
  • Experience with full product lifecycles including planning, prioritization and development, and leading go-to-market operations for new products
  • Experience working with executive and senior level stakeholders
  • Experience contributing to discussions about technology and strategy related to a product
  • Ability to define and develop technology solutions working with internal and external engineering teams
  • Ability to synthesize large amount of information and data to create a clear story digestible to different types of audience - business, engineering, executives etc
  • Ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively
  • Have an enthusiastic outlook to problem solving and willingness to adapt in a highly demanding, collaborative and fast-paced environment with rapidly changing direction and new challenges
  • Advanced degree a plus
