Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business related field required
  • Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, or corporate finance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment with internal deadlines
  • Ability to lead and collaborate in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to coordinate special projects, anticipate issues and take initiative to resolve them
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Procurement teams to prepare effective customer quotes and improve customer performance and profitability
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize customer potential
  • Develop automated applications, eliminate duplications, and coordinate information requirements to increase productivity
  • Provide analysis, reports, and recommendations to company management and sales team
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual sales budget
  • Maintain a flexible and 'can-do' attitude in managing multiple projects and changing priorities
  • Become a go-to contact for Commercial sales team and all other cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with Commercial Leadership Team to develop proper analyses and provide financially sound insights in business decisions
  • Gain a strong understanding of Shearer’s P&L to help facilitate decision-making process
