The Testing Project Manager is a newly crafted role within the Ninja Test Team at SharkNinja ensuring that all required testing activities are completed on time and that there is full transparency into test activity schedules. This position involves a close collaboration with test engineers, test technicians, and test team management, as well as some coordination with our China-based test team. This is an onsite position located in our Needham, MA headquarters. 

Responsibilities:

• Understand the requirements of test team leadership to implement a system of managing and tracking activities
• Work with test engineers to understand the activities required and create realistic plans for completion
• Spot and highlight when “what is possible” does not meet “what is requested” and work to bridge the gap and gain team alignment
• Provide clear and meaningful status updates to test team members on the various testing projects on a daily basis
• Proactively drive test team resources to ensure completion on time
• Identify common bottlenecks and drive improvements to minimize or eliminate them

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 – 3 years of proven experience in a project management role in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented multitasker
• Strong communicator – both written and verbal
• Demonstrated proficiency with standard project management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience related to product testing (both hardware and software) and managing special projects like new software implementation
