Experience in helpdesk or end-user support at Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3.
Experience with systems administration, including Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or Exchange.
Experience with networking technologies including firewalls, routers, switches, virtual private networks, or Wi-Fi.
Experience with cloud solutions including Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft 365.
Experience applying cybersecurity practices within a managed services provider environment.
Experience with project implementation and client-facing information technology support.
