Utilize security information and event management (SIEM) tools to access data for triaging inbound security tickets and analyze event data from security logs. Work with customers (internal or external) to solve technical problems, and create and respond to security events in a collaborative environment. Complete cyber security, incident response, workflow and automation, and run book generation. Monitor organization alerts for triaging security related tickets. Prioritize and communicate needs / SLAs for remediation of risks or directly remediate the risk. Utilize automations and workflows to reduce manual effort for responding to security tickets. Discover new and innovative ways to protect the company. Create playbooks and automation (SOAR) for response investigations. Monitor, triage, and respond to alerts and security incidents.
