Position Summary:

• Have experience working in a university or school setting.

• Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day-to-day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level 4 (Fluent) on a scale of 0-4.​

• Accuracy and attention to detail.​

• Ability to keep calm under pressure. 

• Must be comfortable with computer technology. Knowledge of adaptive software is an asset.

• Must be able to work as part of a team and individually.

• Be punctual for the shift(s).

• Be present at all assigned shift(s).

• Current undergraduate students are not eligible for this position. 

• Hold a valid Canadian Social Insurance Number (SIN).

• NOTE: Having a valid Canadian Social Insurance Number (SIN) is a condition of employment. If you are an international student, you must hold a valid immigration document allowing you to be employed by McGill University.​
