Dirty Hands provides contracted field sales, brokerage, and merchandising services for natural foods. It helps brands and retailers by handling store visits, stock levels, shelf placement, and promotions at national scale. Its approach centers on serving Brand Partners, Retail Partners, employees, and communities, aiming to keep products visible and in stock without partners' day-to-day management. The goal is to support growth of values-driven organizations by improving visibility, shelf availability, and sales across retail channels.
